REGISTRATION

Registration fee (before 5th September 2008) : USD$600 (USD$300 for students)
Registration fee (after 5th September 2008): USD$650 (USD$350 for students)

The registration fee includes attendance at all sessions, 6 nights accommodation* (9th-15th November), all meals and coffee breaks, conference excursion, transfers from the nearest airport or railway station & conference dinner.

*The accommodation included in registration fee is offered on a shared basis. You will be paired with another delegate, although you may request a specific roommate (if you know their name) at the time of registration.
*There are a limited number of single rooms available for a single supplement of USD$200. These rooms, if selected, cannot be guaranteed.
*If you bring a companion and require a double room, there is an accompanying person fee of USD$400. (Transfers, meals, excursion & conference dinner for companion included).
*Most of the accommodation will be at the Norbugang Resort.

You must register to attend the conference. Registration takes effect once payment is received.

Abstracts need to be received by 4th July 2008. Please send them to this address.

Some scholarships for students and young researchers are available. Please apply, before 15th September 2008 through email to this address giving the contact details and an abstract of the participant's work related to conference.
